We aim to process your orders the same day and dispatch the following working day using your chosen shipping method. All orders must be placed by 9pm to be dispatch the next working day. This excludes any items listed as handmade.
We aim to process orders the same day and dispatch them the following working day using your chosen shipping method. However, as a small business, during busy periods our processing time may take longer, up to 1–5 working days. If your order is time-sensitive, you can contact us on Instagram @innocentivy_ or email innocentivy_@outlook.com for an estimated dispatch and delivery date.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed - Normally arrives 1-2 business days. Requires signature.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed - Normally arrives 2-3 business days. Requires signature.
- Royal Delivery Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm - Arrives next day by 1pm. Requires signature. Orders must be placed by 2pm.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. All orders placed by 5pm will be dispatched the following working day. We don’t not process orders from 5pm Friday - Sunday, orders placed within these days will be sent out Monday. Handmade orders can take up to 2-7 days to process. Collection at our Liverpool point is only available from Friday-Sunday. Opening times at the shop may vary and your order will be available to collect the next day.
